Preparation and Integration Journal: Bring a journal to jot down any insights or visions you have. Consultation: Each session starts with a chat to understand your intentions. Session Length: Each Trans:mission lasts just over 23 minutes. After that, take 10-15 minutes to stay in the moment. We'll provide tea and water to help you ground yourself.
